La Meta sas is a company offering services to private owners of second homes. The properties vary in terms of position, furnishings and amenities.
We publish descriptions and information relative to the properties that have been supplied by the respective owners; we have attempted to provide descriptions that are as detailed as possible.
Houses and apartments are furnished, equipped with kitchens (or cooking facilities), refrigerator, and supplied with pots and pans and crockery. Any household appliances (washing machines, dishwashers or televisions) will be specifically mentioned in the property description. Should you have any special needs or requirements you should mention them when you submit your request.
Prices refer to the number of beds indicated. Quotes will be changed according to the number of people staying. We will be glad to prepare personalised quotes in order to meet every requirement.
Prices are per property per week (unless otherwise specified) and include utility charges: water, electricity and gas (unless otherwise specified);
Prices do NOT include:
* Bedlinen or towels (available for hire);
* Heating and/or air conditioning costs.
* final cleanup (unless otherwise specified).
To receive a detailed accommodation proposal just use the "contact" form or call us. Following acceptance of terms and conditions we will send you our bank details so you can pay the deposit. The deposit is 30% of the total lease price. The outstanding balance must be paid in cash on your arrival (after you have inspected the property).
We do not accept cheques. If you cannot pay the balance in cash you may pay the amount in advance by international money order or bank transfer.
Please call a few days before your arrival so we can arrange check-in and issue your keys. You will be required to pay a security deposit of euro 100 which will be refunded at the end of your stay: it is required to cover any damage or breakages that may occur during your stay (unless otherwise specified).
The minimum let is usually one week although this does not always apply during low season. It begins on Saturday afternoon (or earlier if the property is ready) and ends on the following Saturday (checkout is 10 am). Arrival and departure times must be agreed upon in advance so that the property can be inspected and keys issued. If you require a shorter let just let us know and we will try to accommodate you with an alternative solution.
In August lets are usually for a minimum of two weeks. Lets for the week of the August bank holiday (15 August known as Ferragosto) will have to include either the previous or subsequent week (unless otherwise agreed).
The total number of people staying in the property must not exceed the number given at the time of booking. You must obtain advance consent if you wish to have extra people staying. The number of guests (adults + children) may not exceed the number of beds available.
Please inform us in advance if you intend to bring your pets with you; unfortunately not all owners accept pets and some may require a supplementary charge.
Cancellations must be made in advance in writing, by sending a fax or e-mail.
In the event of cancellation the following charges apply:
Up to 4 weeks before your arrival Full refund of deposit
Up to 2 weeks before your arrival 50% refund of deposit
Less than 2 weeks before your arrival Deposit is non-refundable
No refunds will be made in case of late arrivals or early departures.
You will find your accommodation clean and tidy. Please leave the accommodation as you found it; owners (or their representatives) may withhold part or all of the deposit to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
Owners or their representatives reserve the right to visit the properties in order to carry out any maintenance necessary (garden, swimming pool, etc).
Should the booked property be unavailable for any reason, we will replace it with another similar property (provided this is acceptable)
